Meet Our Team

Originally from Michigan, Tammi came with her family to Georgia during the 1996 Olympic Games.  A University of Georgia Alumni, she received Bachelor of Arts and Science with a minor in Business Administration in 2003. Since then, she has worked in Real Estate and as a Marketing Manager in Baton Rouge, before finally coming back home to Georgia in 2022.

Tammi has always had a servant’s heart, volunteering on Mission trips to Mexico, Uganda and most recently South Africa.  It’s her mission to show her two children that compassion, empathy and love can truly heal the world.  As our newest GM with Home Instead, she is dedicated to the community here in North Georgia and will continue to work hard and make a difference in the lives of those around her.  Tammi can be reached directly at Tammi.Smith@homeinstead.com

Originally from East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Marlene obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology.  She spent many years working in the field of mental health in an array of environments such as shelters, residential facilities, detention centers and even in-home settings.  Marlene loves working for Home Instead because they truly care about their staff and the clients they care for.  She embraces the company’s mission to help enhance the quality of life for aging adults and she enjoys working as a team with people who genuinely care.

Mary Austin D’Entremont is an Atlanta native and Buford, Georgia transplant. She holds a Business Administration degree from Georgia State University as well as a Nursing degree from Brenau University. She has worked primarily in nephrology, urology, gynecology, and medical-surgical, and through her experience has learned the importance of helping clients maintain independence and age in place. Lisa gained both her Medical Assistant and Medical Office Management degree from South Central Louisiana Technical College a quick hour away from her home town of Garyville, LA.  After earning her degree, Lisa held other positions as a scheduler for multiple companies before finding Home Instead Senior Care through a staffing agency.  Lisa says that it is by far the most fulfilling position she has ever had the pleasure to have.  Outside of Home Instead Lisa spends her time with her husband of 22 years, Gary. Tiffney comes to us from way down “da” bayou in Pierre Part, Louisiana where she finished her schooling and earned her certification as a medical assistant.  She followed that career path working in family practice and the cancer center for over 30 years.  Tiffney found Home Instead through personal experience when her sister-in-law used Home Instead following her diagnosis with stage 4 lung cancer.  She said the care they received was simply “exceptional” and led Tiffney to apply with Home Instead after her passing to be a part of the team that makes such a difference in the lives of families struggling with care needs.

Outside of work, Tiffney is happily married with 4 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren.  Her favorite activities are camping, quilting and family time.  Tiffney can be reached directly at tiffney.crochet@homeinstead.com.

Jane has served as the Finance Manager for Home Instead Senior Care since 2010. With more than 20 years’ experience in the finance field, she enjoys utilizing her business knowledge to foster great relationships between families and the office team. Jane recognizes the importance of the service Home Instead provides to our clients and loves that every day we make a difference in people’s lives.
