Recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association®, our Person-Centered Care Training adheres to evidence-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations in critical areas. The team focused on person-centered care fundamentals, emphasizing knowing the individual, recognizing their reality, and fostering meaningful engagement. This training gives caregivers the tools to understand and manage dementia-related behaviors so they can provide the best home care for our clients.
