About Us


Tim Vasconcellos

Tim Vasconcellos found the need for reliable, trustworthy home care first hand when his wife's Grandmother began feeling uncomfortable living at home. Tasks like taking laundry up and down the basement stairs, hauling garbage to the curb, and driving to Doctor appointments across town became a burden.

Tim knew that his Grandmother wanted to remain in the home she had lived in since the end of WWII. She just needed some assistance. His quest to help find her reliable, trustworthy home care led him to Home Instead Senior Care. He was so impressed with the organization that he was inspired to open his own office here in Milford. Tim, along with his office staff and team of over 90 CAREGivers provide home care to seniors in Clermont and Brown counties. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Miami University, as well as an MBA degree from Xavier University.

Laura McManis,  Director of Operations

Laura McManis, Director of Operations

​Laura started with Home Instead Senior Care in November of 2015 as Client Care Coordinator, and in November of 2016 became Director of Operations. She has a psychology degree from Eastern Kentucky University, and previously worked as a Licensed Social Worker for a long term care facility in Eastern Cincinnati. In her role she is responsible for all internal functions of our organization, including recruitment and retention, client care, quality assurance, and scheduling. Laura lives in Loveland with her husband and two children. ​
Michelle Bauserman, Client Care Coordinator

Michelle Bauserman, Client Care Coordinator

Michelle began her career with Home Instead Senior Care in September of 2016 as a CAREGiver while also working full time as a case manager for Hamilton County. A little over a year later, Michelle joined our staff in the role as Client Care Coordinator. She uses her talent and experience as the liaison between our office and our clients. She is responsible for Quality Assurance and ensuring our clients have the outstanding experience they have come to expect from Home Instead Senior Care. Michelle has a degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and resides in Milford with her husband and two sons.​
Alison Earl, Office Manager and Bookeeper

Alison Earl, Office Manager and Bookeeper

​Alison Earl was formerly a consultant for Home Instead Senior Care, but is now the Office Manager and Bookkeeper. She was formerly a part-time accountant and stay-at-home Mom before coming to Home Instead. Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University and resides in Liberty Township with her husband and three children.
Sarah Frey, Director of Business Development

Sarah Frey, Director of Business Development

Sarah began in November of 2010 as the Community Service Representative. Sarah spends much of her time in the community spreading the word about Home Instead Senior Care and our services to families and professionals in the healthcare, medical, and social programs arenas. She is a Xavier University graduate and resides in Anderson Township with her husband and two children.
Katie Hodulik, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Katie Hodulik, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

​Katie began at Home Instead Senior Care in May of 2017 and is now our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. She has previous experience in the healthcare and financial services industries and holds a degree in Psychology from Xavier University. Katie enjoys helping others and is excited to be part of the Home Instead Team. As our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator she is responsible for recruitment, hiring, and training of our CAREGiver staff. She currently resides in Batavia and enjoys painting and biking in her free time.

Kaitlyn Lutz, Scheduling Coordinator

​Kaitlyn is a Scheduling Coordinator at Home Instead. She has previous experience in customer service and case management. Kaitlyn has a Master's Degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University. She enjoys camping in her free time and currently resides in Fayetteville.

Mica Terrian, Scheduling Coordinator

Mica started with Home Instead in August of 2020 as Scheduling Coordinator. She has previous experience in college admissions, event planning, as well as in the care industry. She is newly married and lives in Withamsville, OH. In her spare time she enjoys coaching a local High School volleyball team.
