On September 9, 2021, Home Instead of Clallam & Jefferson Counties presented the Sequim Wheelers with a “Big Check” from the GIVE65 fundraising event. Thru the Home Instead Charities GIVE65 event, the Sequim Wheelers (a non-profit organization) was the recipient of $7808 in donations from the community and matching contributions.
ABOUT THE SEQUIM WHEELERS: They provide free adaptive bike rides to the elderly and disabled children and adults on the Olympic Discovery Trail in Sequim, WA. Life should be celebrated every day, we are celebrating companionship, bike rides, and therefore quality time in the outdoors. Biking without boundaries.
ABOUT GIVE65: Give65, a program of Home Instead Charities, is the first and only crowd-fundraising platform exclusively devoted to helping nonprofits raise money online for programs and services that are helping aging adults live with independence and dignity. It is a 65 hour event that happens every year in July.
