"I started with Home Instead in February of 2016, realized very quickly God had lead me there! I worked as a caregiver until late 2018 and then moved into working in the office, realized then even more how much heart and passion goes into Clients and staff and making everything possible! After a family emergency I took a leave of absence in March of 2021, just couldn’t stay away and missed working with Seniors and returned as a Caregiver in the Fall of 2021, Home Instead is “Home”! 10 out of 10 would recommend for the care of your loved one and those looking to care for our Seniors!"

"Home Instead has been such an amazing experience! I've learned so much about being humble and grateful from my clients! I've never had a client I did not like or enjoy being in the presence of! They say not to put your heart into it, but it's hard when you've gotten to spend so much time with a client! They are very good about making time for you with schedules. Very good with keeping you up to date on what's going on in the Home Instead world! Always offering you more hours if you want them! Not only are they good about matching you with the right client and making sure your work life is ok; they also care about you and your home life! I have lost 2 grandparents and my Godmother within about 3 or so months of each other and they were more than understanding and even sent me cards and called to make sure I was OK! They reward you for handling work I received a sonic gift card for being there my 90 days and they also reward you for the care you provide! All in all! It is truly a great company and I'm thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this company!"
