Home Instead of Frederick and Carroll Counties is searching for the right person to complement our team and business. You would play a vital role in connecting CAREGivers with seniors. It involves scheduling approximately 100 client and CAREGivers. You will need to have professional conversations with our CARE Team (CAREGivers and office staff), clients, and their families. Home Instead is looking for a driven, thoughtful candidate who has enthusiasm for helping seniors and communicating with their families, supporting our CAREGivers, and scheduling our services. We are looking for a high-energy individual who is results focused and is committed to the growth of our organization.
You must be a self-starter, have excellent relationship management skills, and be adaptable to the ever-changing senior care industry. The work takes place within a small office of professionals. Tasks include answering incoming calls, matching CAREGivers with clients, engaging with clients and families on the phone, introducing CAREGivers to clients, diagnosing needs of CAREGivers and/or clients and their families, and most importantly supporting our CAREGivers as they meet the needs of their clients. Home Instead is looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who is adaptable to the changing and sometimes challenging needs of clients and their families. This position is for someone who welcomes conversations of all types and has a proven track record of success in a customer service role in a very fast paced environment. Must be able to Complete Background Check, DMV check and drug screen; Possess a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and be currently authorized to work in the United States.

The position may have limited “On-Call Duties” after hours and weekends with additional pay to fil in for other staff.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· College degree or professional experience equivalent
· One year of scheduling/staffing experience in Healthcare “preferred”, but not required.
