Erin Lashinsky - Office Manager

Erin Lashinsky, Office Manager

Erin is responsible for overseeing the Saxton team in all areas including Sales/Marketing, Recruitment and Retention, Service Coordination, Administrative and On call support. She works closely with the Saxton team to ensure that our Client and CAREGiver experience is at the highest standard. Erin has been employed with Home Instead Senior Care since May, 2007. She resides nearby Saxton with her husband and 2 children. She is very active within the Saxton Community, including Varsity Cheer Coach and a member of the Tussey Mountain Education Foundation.

Michele Weaver - Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Michele Weaver, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Michele is our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. She is responsible for the recruitment and retention of CAREGivers. Michele conducts CAREGiver interviews and orientations for all new employees as well as providing great support throughout their employment. She travels to Huntingdon, Bedford and Fulton counties in search of great CAREGiver candidates to provide excellent services to our clients and families. Michele has been with Home Instead since May, 2014. Outside of work, Michele is the mother of three girls and is very active within the school district as a coach and PTA board member. Ivie Morningstar  Service Coordinator

Ivie Ruhlman, Service Coordinator

Ivie is responsible for overseeing all scheduling needs for client's and CAREGivers in Huntingdon, Bedford and Fulton Counties. She coordinates services with the Managed Care Organizations. Ivie is an important link to our clients and their families to maintain their ongoing scheduling needs. Ivie provides accurate client information with new CAREGiver assignments resulting in quality service.

Marsha Lowe- On Call Coordinator

Marsha Lowe, On Call Coordinator

Marsha is one of the friendly voices you will hear after business hours. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day. She is fully trained to ensure that your needs are met outside of normal business hours. She can assist you with scheduling needs, CAREGiver and Client issues, service inquiries, CAREGiver inquiries and any emergencies that should arise. Marsha has been a CAREGiver since 2006 and now supports fellow CAREGivers in the on call role. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and dogs.
