Dona & Roy Goforth, Franchise Owners
The Goforth’s acquired the Rock Hill franchise in March 2022. They are not new to Home Instead as they are embarking upon 18 years of owning their Gastonia franchise. For us to be an option for Seniors to live at home as long as possible has always been our desire. We want to be a resource for Seniors and Families as they seek out options. Our Mission Statement is To Honor God by Exceeding, Expectations of Everyone we Encounter through the Care we provide. Let us know how we can help.

Patty LeClaire, Client Care/Home Care Coordinator
Patty spent 15 years in volunteer management before leaving the workforce in 2008 to care for her mother, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. During that time, her mother was a client of Home Instead Senior Care. After her mother's death in 2010, Patty decided to become a professional CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care. Since becoming Recruitment Coordinator in September 2012, Patty has been responsible for selecting and hiring new CAREGivers.
Patty is the first-born child of a career Air Force family, moving frequently throughout her life to many tours of duty both in the US and overseas. She received her college education from Inter-American University in Puerto Rico and Memphis State University in Tennessee. When she's not at Home Instead Senior Care, Patty can be found gardening or spending time with her dog.

Dianne Deese, Care Pro HR/Service Coordinator
I started my Caregiving career at the age of 22 caring for my father who had lung cancer in 1989. My mother and I supported each other in his care.
I was a volunteer with Hospice in Lancaster for a year in 1990. I then went work with the Textile Industry for 14 years in Lancaster, my home town. In 2010, I started doing private Caregiving in Lancaster in my community, God took care of me and I was never without a client for long.
In 2015, I heard about Home Instead and applied as a Caregiver. I have been here since January 2015, as a Caregiver for 2 years with the same client and then was promoted to the office as HR Manager. In 2018, I became the Service Coordinator.
Now I am doing dual roles in office and I love working with this company and my coworkers.

Chelsey Costello, Client Care Coordinator
Chelsey has a dynamic personality and loves helping people. She has been in the health care field for numerous years with her specialty being Alzheimer’s care. She and her Alz team raised several thousand dollars for the Alz Memory Walk. She is passionate about finding a cure for this horrific disease that impacts so many. Chelsey’s role at Home Instead is the liaison between the Care Pro and the Client. She works alongside the Care Pro to ensure compatibility. She enjoys assisting families with honoring their Senior loved one’s wishes to remain at home.

Gert, Community Educator
Gert is our office's resident Granny and Educator! Her passion is spreading laughter, love and valuable information to our local seniors. She sets her own hours, but you might run across her at a local support group or senior luncheon. She's been known to drop in on clients from time to time too! However, you're unlikely to ever find her in the same room as Home Instead Owner Dona Goforth. Gert's been playing a successful game of hide and seek with Dona for nearly 2 decades. Legend has it that they've never met!! 🤔🤔🤔
