Meet Our Team

Allan is the President and Owner of Home Instead in Reno and Carson City. Allan and his team have been providing personal care and professional services in Northern Nevada since 2005. The Home Instead Franchise is the largest worldwide Home Care franchise in existence. Allan has been an active leader in the Home Care industry and a staunch advocate for people with disabilities and a respected voice for our senior population in Nevada.

He was a founding member and past President of Personal Care Association of Nevada (PCAN), former Co-Chair of Personal Care Agencies Advisory Committee (PCAAC), Former President of Senior Coalition and a tenured member of Caregiver Coalition. Mr. Ward currently serves as the Board Vice President of Nevada Rural Counties Retired Senior Volunteers Program (“RSVP”), Board Member of CARE Chest of Sierra Nevada and Board Vice President of Center for Healthy Aging as well as a Co-founder and Board Member of CAREWorks, a Non-profit training center in Reno. Pam joined Home Instead in December of 2021. She brings an extensive background in customer service, recruiting, and training and has successfully managed a direct sales company network for over eighteen years. She is positive and passionate and directs her energy into finding solutions for any challenge she may face. Allie came to work for Home Instead in 2020. She manages company policies, procedures, and ethic code compliance. She has a diverse background of professional experience in private, non-profit, and sole proprietor industries. Allie has a degree in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara, post grad certification for Hospital Administration and a certification in Non-Profit Management. Allie enjoys problem solving and system organization in her professional endeavors and in her personal life. She is a home maker and parent to two daughters. A very close second to her children, is her dog Murphy, who has stolen her heart and refuses to leave her side. They enjoy hiking and experiencing new adventures together. Traci has been working with the Senior population for over thirty years. She has 23 years of experience in skilled nursing and has been with Home Instead for over seven years. She came to Reno in 2013 from Pennsylvania bringing her son, who is now 33. Traci manages our clients daily care and trains our Care Professional team with the personal hands-on care that is so valuable to our clients. Our clients love Traci because they know she truly cares about them, and they can trust her to ensure they receive the best of quality care. She is an excellent baker and spoils her team with her baked goods. She loves training in martial arts and will meet any fitness challenge with determination.
