Billy Frost, Franchise Owner
Born in Winston-Salem, NC in June of 1962, my parents moved our family to Dublin in 1965. I attended Dublin City Schools, and then went on to receive a business degree from Georgia College in Milledgeville in 1988. Home Instead decided in 2006 that the Dublin area would be a great place to open an office and I gladly took them up on that.
The staff and I possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in our area that runs between Dublin and Statesboro throughout the 9 counties. It's the reason why we have chosen to serve seniors and their families.

David Houser, Community Relations Coordinator
David joined our Home Instead Senior Care Team in December 2019. He was born and raised in Northwest Georgia and graduated from Chattooga High School. David resides in Laurens Co. and is a member of Liberty Church, where he has been very involved with the Children's Ministry for 9 years. David has 30 plus years of experience in finance, sales, human resources, and leadership. Outside of work, He loves to serve the community and shooting at the range with his 3 sons.
Lyndsee Bellflower- Human Resources Manager
Lyndsee joined our Home Instead Team in July 2020 with 8+ years experience in business management. She has a love and compassion for the elderly which spills out into her work at Home Instead and plans to use her countless years of customer service along with her education to create a team of phenomenal CAREGivers! She strives to provide the best quality of services to our clients and caregivers. Her commitment and dedication to Home Instead demonstrate a great passion that she has for seniors in our community. Lyndsee values employee appreciation and providing a positive environment for our CAREGivers where they feel heard.
Ashley Clack-Service Coordinator
Ashley coordinates the care schedule for each Home Instead client by matching the right CAREGiver with each client's needs and preferences.
