Our Care Management Team

​Welcome from your Care Management Team! When you are ready for help, our caring staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your needs. We offer free, in-home consultations with you and your loved ones in order to arrange the most affordable appropriate care.

Our Care Management Team's mission is to provide our client's with exemplary service, allowing them to remain in their homes for a longer period of time. It begins with our Human Resources Department hiring and retaining the very best CAREGivers. Our CAREGivers have successfully participated in several in-depth interviews; have provided six positive references; passed a comprehensive background check and drug screen; and have completed our exclusive top rated training program. Our CAREGivers are all insured and bonded, and are monitored through electronic check-in and check-out to ensure punctuality and proper attendance. Our CAREGivers all have vehicles, valid driver's license and automobile insurance. We only hire caring and compassionate individuals that love helping seniors and share our mission. These are people that are not doing this just for a paycheck. They have a heart for helping others and this type of work is very rewarding for our Caregivers. That is a large part of our screening process. We have to know that they truly want to make a difference in the lives of seniors. We select CAREGivers that we would have in our own homes.

Next is our Staffing and Scheduling team, who work closely with Human Resources, to select the most compatible CAREGiver for each senior. Our Staffers complete a detailed, in depth, personal profile for every senior, so we know our seniors like a member of our own family. Each CAREGiver also has an in depth personal profile with emphasis on background, interests, hobbies and skill level, so we provide the best compatibility match up.

The third part of our care team is Quality Assurance. Our Registered Nurse provides regular, in home visits to ensure that all of our clients' needs are being met. We work closely with clients' Physicians, Medical Home Care Companies, and representatives to allow for a more thorough approach. Our Registered Nurse is also responsible for our Personal Care Training Classes, which includes teaching and testing our qualified Personal Care Aides. We want our clients' and their families to know that we are always there for them, and can adapt our care plan to their ever changing needs.​​
