This is my third summer as a Caregiver with Home Instead Senior Care. As a college student, I appreciate the flexibility and the understanding nature of the office staff. When coming home for long breaks the staff would have no problem finding some shifts for me.
Over my time with Home Instead, I have loved the professional relationships I have formed with my clients and having the ability to assist them in their daily occupations, learn about their life and family, and watch their physical and emotional quality of life increase.
Every time I walk into their office, I feel welcomed and cared for. Each staff member genuinely cares for their caregivers as a whole and individually, through caregiver celebrations/trainings and personalized cards/letters.

This really is a great place to work! The staff is always accommodating to where and when you want to work. Knowing that your helping someone stay in their home, is the best feeling! They feel like part of your family. Also, they recognize their caregivers and have company picnics. I would definitely recommend home instead senior care!
I've enjoyed my 8+ years with Home Instead so much. I have met some amazing people and have been privileged to have loved and cared for so many clients that became like family. It has been a great experience, one that I would highly recommend to anyone with a heart to serve.
