Trenna & Jim Lonon - Owners

Trenna & Jim Lonon, Owners

In February 2005, Jim & Treena turned a dream into reality when they opened Home Instead Senior Care of Union and Stanly Counties. Jim a retired business professional with Eastman Kodak and Treena, an RN, with 25 years experience in senior care saw the need in this area and wanted to provide a solution. Since 2005 they have served approximately 2000 clients and have given employment opportunities to around 2500 caregivers and office staff. The Lonon's are active members of Weddington United Methodist Church and they enjoy time with family, especially their grandchildren.

Chris Lonon, Owner/General Manager

Chris currently lives with his wife Megan in Charlotte. He has been with Home Instead since we opened the doors on Valentine's Day 2005. Chris has a Law Degree from NCCU and prior to 2005 has over 10 years experience managing the business offices of multiple medical practices in the area.

Jill Dry - Office Manager

Jill Dry, Office Manager

Jill supervises all day to day activities within the office. She oversees staffing, maintains and updates all files and records, helps with managing Client relations, and oversees CAREGiver hiring/retention. Jill also shares the task of being "on-call" after hours. From Albemarle, Jill loves spending time and traveling with her two children and boyfriend.

Kesha Johnson - Service Coordinator

Kesha Johnson, Service Coordinator

Kesha matches clients to Caregivers and creates the monthly service schedules. She works closely with Trenna and Jill to make the perfect service matches! Kesha has worked in local assisted living facilities prior to joining our team, and she currently lives in Wingate with her boyfriend and two children.

Sherry handles all of our private pay and long-term care Quality Assurance. She is originally from Monroe, but has come back home after 30 years in Texas! She didn't come home alone either: Sherry lives with her husband and 2 daschunds.
