Job Description:The Engagement and Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for guiding new care professionals from the hiring process to working on the field, ensuring their training needs are met, and managing their schedules effectively.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with Recruiter during the onboarding process for new care professionals, ensuring a smooth transition from hiring to working in the field.
- Coordinate and schedule shadow shifts for new hires.
- Manage and update schedules for care professionals, ensuring coverage and quality care for our clients.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Conduct meet and greets in the field to ensure a positive working environment for our care professionals.
- Report to Scheduling Manager
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience is required.
- Willingness to go into the field for meet and greets and support scheduling during the day on occasion.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management, and prioritization
- Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full Time
Salary Pay Range: $37,000 – $42,000
Expected Hours: 40 Hours
Work Environment: In-office (Maryville Home Instead Office)
