- Hourly wage starts at $15/ hour. If you have experience and work 40+ hours per week, we can go up to $18/ hour.
- $2/ hour extra for all weekend day shifts. Caring for couples is $4/ hour extra.
- We pay 1.5X for OT (over 40 hours). We also pay 1.5X and even 2X for many holidays.
- Earn 2 hours of "accrued time off" for every 40 hours of work (after working 90 days).
- Mileage reimbursement
- Flexible schedules with Daytime Shifts from 4 hours to 12 hours from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
- Overnight Shifts Available from 8 hours to 12 hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am

Requirements to become a Caregiver with Home Instead®:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Car with auto insurance
- At least 21 years old
- Respect for seniors and their property
- Effectively communicate in English
- Live in Bucks County
