Home Instead cared for a family member in another city and it was such a blessing for everyone involved. It inspired me to seek employment with my local Home Instead office in Duluth. I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and compassion that is given to each client and caregiver involved in the process, and the office staff truly does love what they do. Such a great option for those in need!

Home Instead offered my facility the opportunity to be assisted by their Be A Santa To A Senior program for our veteran resident population. They did an amazing job coordinating everything. All I had to do was wrap up the donated gifts and soak in the smiles they brought to the veterans faces. What an absolute blessing this program was! Thank you for all you do!

Mom loved the time she spent with “her friends” from Home Instead. They would go on rides to various errands or out to lunch. Really made her week interesting! Extremely high quality staff. Mom loved each one she worked with!

Our caregiver, Renee, provided excellent companionship for our Mom, who has Alzheimer's. This enabled our Dad to have some much-needed respite. Renee was always upbeat. She was warm, versatile, reliable and well able to work with the dementia. All of us, including Mom, thought she was great! As the primary contact person, I would also give a shout-out to the office staff who were unfailingly polite, understanding and helpful!

Home Instead staff have been a big part of my mother's life for over six years. They were a big part of the reason that my mom could remain in her home into her 90s. Mom's care staff member, Marianne, was like family to us and the trust between the two was a tremendous blessing. We are so grateful for the years of devoted service.

We would like to acknowledge Jackie as an excellent caregiver to our father George. You have many outstanding caregivers but Jackie seems to always go above and beyond for his care. Even when he had Covid she worked every shift for a few weeks so that the family members weren’t exposed.

We have the pleasure of having Kristin M. as our caregiver. She treats Jack like a person and not just a job. She tries to find things he likes to eat, reads the newspaper to him, and will even watch a spaghetti western with him! She truly seems to want to better his quality of life. Without her, and the others at Home Instead, he would be unable to live at home so we are very appreciative.
