Home Instead of Farmington Hills is seeking caregivers with experience working with senior clients. Shifts can be 4 hours up to 12 hours- What shift and hours work for you? Let's talk! We to accommodate your current schedule.

Caregivers (in home, one on one care)- needed in Novi, Farmington Hills, Farmington and other areas of SW Oakland county.

Home Instead Farmington Hills is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team.

13.00 per hour to start ( pay rate will depend on your experience level. CNA certification is not required)

We cover parts of SW Oakland county - mainly Novi, Farmington Hills, Farmington.

Experience –If you’ve had a job or personal or professional experience in a position with similar responsibilities, we’d love to connect with you!
Skills – We’re looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded. If you have experience cooking, cleaning or caring for others, that’s a plus!
Location –We will do our best to provide clients as close to you as possible.
Recurring schedules – We understand how difficult it can be to find a job that balances your time with school, kids, or other priorities. We’ll do our best to provide flexible options that work with your schedule. We have employees that are currently working full time hours and some that work as little as 15 hours a week.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide Care for senior citizens in their home (private home or Independent living facilities)
Provide care, companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Assistance with personal care

The basic requirements to be a Home Instead Senior Care employee are as follows:

-Some Caregiving experience desired- either personal or professional

-Must be 21 years of age or older (bonding purposes)

-Valid driver license

- Reliable transportation

-Background check and drug testing at our expense. Free logo shirts to wear while working and other extras as well.
