About Us

Eric & Courtney Pucel, Franchise Owners
Eric & Courtney Pucel purchased the Home Instead Senior Care office serving the Homewood Flossmoor and surrounding area in 2012 from a family member. Courtney has been actively involved with the Company since 2004 and both she and Eric are passionate about enhancing the lives of the seniors and families they service.
"It is an honor to be the provider of choice for so many families. We have personally experienced the need to bring CAREGivers into the homes of our own loved ones and undertsand the emotions that go along with that change. It is a transition that requires trust, reliabilty, understanding and support. We have worked diligently to build a compassionate team that supports our clients, families and CAREGivers everyday."

Crystal, Home Care Consultant
Crystal joined our team in 2017 as a CAREGiver. She joined our Administrative Team as Office Coordinator, supporting the daily operations throughout the organization. Crystal's experience and connections with clients, families and CAREGivers naturally progressed into her previous role as Client Care Coordinator.
Now, as Home Care Consultant, Crystal is responsible for community outreach. She works as with Social Workers, Nurses and Physicians within Hospitals, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitaion Centers, Home Health Providers, Hospice Providers as well as many other resources throughout the community. Crystal educates other professionals in health care about the important role home care plays in the continuum of care. In addition to building these relationships, Crystal works with families to build a Plan of Care that best meets each client's needs.

Belle, Home Care Consultant
Belle holds a Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University and holds her Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Saint Mary. Prior to her role as Home Care Consultant, Belle has excelled in other roles within the Home Instead Senior Care organization.
As Home Care Consultant, Belle is responsible for working with clients and families to provide solutions and build a personalized plan of care. As the face of Home Instead Senior Care in the community, Belle works closely with our referral providers; building partnerships with trusted resources to better meet the needs of our clients. Belle is also a Certified Dementia Practioner. As a CDP, she plays an essential role in the oversight of programs related to Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Sonya, Client Care Coordinator
Prior to joining our team of esteemed CAREGivers, Sonya was a CAREGiver with Pensacola, FL Home Instead Senior Care. Sonya's level of professionalism and compassion along with her professional background in social services made her the right fit for the Lead CAREGiver role.
As Client Care Coordinator, Sonya's focus is to ensure our clients needs are being met according to their individual Plan of Care. In addition, Sonya ensures that our team of CAREGiversSM needs are being met so they can provide the highest quality of care to our clients with the utmost confidence.
Her role within our local office is complimented by years of professional experience as well as her experience as a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver.
Sonya is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. As a CDP, Sonya is responsible for the oversight of programs related to Alzheimer's and Dementia. Sonya provides additional training to our CAREGivers in homes to best meet the needs of those we serve.

Kellie, Service Manager
Kellie joined our team in 2007. As Service Manager, As Service Manager, Kellie is responsible for overseeing client and CAREGiver schedules. Kellie works with the Service Coordinator to ensure client and CAREGiver schedules are compatible. With a focus on client needs and CAREGiver attributes, she strives for continuity and client / CAREGiver compatibility.

Molly, Service Coordinator
Molly joined our team in 2020. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and has a background in communications and marketing.
As Service Coordinator, Molly plays a crucial role in ensuring client scheduling needs and CAREGiver desired hours are met. She works to ensure that clients and CREGivers are matched based on not only availability, but experience and interests as well.

Samantha, Office Coordinator
Sam joined our team in 2020. As Office Coordinator, Sam plays a crucial role in supporting each department throughout the organization.
Sam is the proud mom of a little boy and expecting a baby girl in August of 2020.

Hannah, Recruitment Coordinator
As Recruitment Coordinator, Hannah’s focus is on identifying and onboarding qualified caregivers to join our Home Instead family. She works closely with Kelly Ann to not only onboard, but also to focus on an excellent caregiver experience.
