Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Our clients reside in communities such as Benton, Alexander, Bryant,and more! Typical shift options could be 4-hours, 8-hours, 10-hours, or 12-hours. Flexible scheduling with day, evening, night, and weekends open. Evening and weekend shifts would be a great 2nd job opportunity! But we can also work with your schedule to help you achieve Full-Time!

Here are just a few of the things you might do as a Home Instead CAREGiver:

  • Provide companionship and conversation
  • Do light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing and grooming
  • Assist with toileting and incontinence care
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands/shopping
  • Alzheimer’s Care (We train!)

What we will require:

  • Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
