The Senior Health & Wellness Expo, held at the Summerville Family YMCA Ponds, was a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with the local community and provide insights into the importance of home care in Summerville, SC. The event brought together a variety of vendors offering an array of valuable resources and information.
With a focus on senior well-being, the expo provided free screenings, including memory, hearing, sight, fall risk, diabetes, and blood pressure checks. Attendees were also treated to free fitness demonstrations and nutrition educational seminars, highlighting the significance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle as we age.
