This position guarantees that the employee will be paid a minimum of 30 hours per week, although more hours may be available. The Core Caregiver must have availability Monday-Friday from 7 AM - 7 PM; shifts worked will be within that range. The Core Caregiver must be willing to work with clients who require personal care, clients who smoke, and clients who have pets. They may be asked to work fill-in shifts and will work with a variety of clients. Due to the flexible nature of this role, Core Caregivers must maintain regular communication with the franchise office staff. The Core Caregiver must also be willing to travel within the following Indiana Counties: Monroe, Lawrence, Owen, Greene, and Brown.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to assist clients in their home with activities of daily living
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
