Home Instead Bloomington is searching for a dynamic individual to join our TEAM!! We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager/Client Care Manager. The BDM is responsible for Marketing Home Instead in the community as well as recruiting and signing new clients. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to Care Consultations with potential clients, planning and attending Marketing events in the community, leading community presentations, and providing Client support in the local office as needed. The candidate should have the ability to build relationships within the community and represent our company in a positive and professional manner. Other qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. - 2+ years experience in the senior community
- Marketing experience a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication
