At Home Instead, our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families by providing the highest level of care and support. We are currently looking for a part-time Registered Nurse to join our team.

PRN Registered Nurse – In-Home Care Assessor

We need someone who loves to meet with seniors and their families to conduct in-home care assessments and oversee their changing care needs.

In this role, you will:

· Conduct thorough in-home assessments and re-assessments to understand clients' needs and create customized care plans.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.

· Monitor and oversee the changing care needs of clients, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure their well-being.

· Collaborate with our team to provide the highest level of care and support.

We need someone who is:

· Super organized and efficient at managing multiple tasks and time management.

· Experienced in conducting assessments and creating care plans.

· Compassionate, demonstrates empathy and has a genuine desire to make a positive impact and enhance the quality of life for our aging adults.

Requirements:

· Current Virginia nursing license.

· At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In a nutshell – we need a dedicated Registered Nurse who will help us build and maintain relationships, understand the needs of our clients, and be proactive in providing top-level care and support.
