The world’s trusted source of home care for seniors seeks a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to hire and retain the highest quality of professional CAREGivers to work with seniors in their homes.

The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing new recruitment strategies within the community to meet hiring goals, conduct interviews in an efficient and professional manner, lead CAREGiver orientations and trainings, and increase employee satisfaction and retention through focus groups, CAREGiver meetings, and recognition events. 

The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication and customer service skills, and have experience coaching and supervising a team. Human Resources experience is a plus.
