March 2022 CAREGiver of the Month: Jennifer

Jennifer has been part of the Home Instead team for nine months. She has provided exceptional care since day one and has received continuous compliments from her clients. We have repeatedly been told how helpful, kind, wonderful and great she is and the service she provides! Jennifer graciously accepts new clients into her schedule and learns their routines with ease. It can be an uneasy situation for a new client to allow a CAREGiver (stranger) into their home, but Jennifer is always patient and really gets to know the client and their needs and preferences. She has built strong connections with each one of them and their family members. We are grateful to have Jennifer on the Home Instead team!

February 2022 CAREGiver of the Month: Theresa

We had the privilege of surprising Theresa with the February CAREGiver of the Month Award! Theresa has been part of the Home Instead team for over eight years! She strives to provide consistency for her client. Theresa helps to schedule her client’s appointments and always provides follow up with the office afterwards. Her communication is an important part of providing quality care to her client. She shows great care for her client’s well-being. Theresa is flexible and rearranges her schedule to meet her client’s needs. Theresa is a hard-working CAREGiver and we are grateful for all that she does to serve her clients. January 2022 CAREGiver of the Month: Brielle W.

Congratulations Brielle on being our January 2022 CAREGiver of the Month! Brielle has been a dedicated part of the Home Instead team since August 2021. She continuously demonstrates compassion and commitment to each one of her clients. Her bright smile and positive energy are encouraging to everyone that she encounters. Brielle is patient and caring and always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care for her clients. She immediately reports concerns or changes in her client’s health to ensure their immediate needs are being met. She has also been flexible and open to helping new client’s when unexpected changes occurred in her regular schedule. 2021 CAREGiver of the Year: Deborah B.

Congratulations to Deborah for being our 2021 CAREGiver of the Year! Deborah has been an outstanding part of the Home Instead Family since 2018. She is genuine, compassionate, caring, and hard-working. Deborah’s sweet personality has allowed her to build strong bonds with each one of her clients. She has made a positive impact on so many clients over the past four years. In speaking with Deborah, it is also evident that her clients have made great impressions in her life as well. Deborah gives endlessly and goes above and beyond for each one of her clients. She receives compliments from clients on a regular basis and is always being asked to return. December 2021 CAREGiver of the Month: Cheryl W.

It is with great pleasure that we recognize Cheryl as our December CAREGiver of the month! She has been a part of the Home Instead family for one year. Cheryl is extremely hard working and committed to each of her clients. She is also flexible with her schedule, regularly assists with last minute fill ins and is always willing to help a new client. November 2021 CAREGiver of the Month: Roxanne H.

Roxanne has been part of the Home Instead family for over five and a half years! Through the years she has been committed to her client’s, continually providing compassionate and quality care. Roxanne goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients are safe, happy, and maintaining a healthy routine. She has built trusting relationships with each one of them and it shows through the continuous compliments that she receives about the service she provides. September 2021 CAREGiver of the Month: Keri R.

Keri has been with Home Instead for four months and has already made a huge impact on multiple client's lives. Keri started with a "willing to learn" attitude and immediately took on clients with a higher skill level than she's ever worked with before. Stacy was part of the Home Instead family a few years ago and we were so grateful to welcome her back just over a year ago! Sarah has been with Home Instead for over a year and has been providing consistent, extraordinary care to her client whom she has been with since day one. Sarah’s client absolutely adores her and can’t express enough of how much she truly appreciates their time together. They are a perfect match! Sarah’s bubbly personality, caring heart and motivating spirit have all helped to enhance her client’s life at home. Sarah’s dedication to her clients is extraordinary. She goes above and beyond to make it to her shifts and has exemplified this multiple times, most recently during a large snowstorm that we endured. 2020 CAREGiver of the Year: Paula G.

Congratulations to Paula, our 2020 CAREGiver of the Year! We had the honor of surprising her with the award after work. Paula was presented with her bonus and a scrapbook full of sentiments from office staff and clients. Paula originally joined our team in January 2014 and left for a short time but returned to Home Instead in April of 2017. Paula's commitment to her clients is unwavering. She has professionally worked through difficult situations, including losing longtime clients. Paula eagerly took on new clients and was willing to fill in as needed. Paula has received numerous compliments from her clients about how kind, and caring she is as a CAREGiver. Several clients have asked her to return after just one shift. Paula has a heart for others, and she lives the Home Instead vision every day! She is always helpful, always caring and always professional!
