Meet Our Team

Brad decided to join the Non-Medical Home Care industry after researching the needs of the senior population and has a desire to help seniors stay in their home. He says, “I was drawn to the senior business because I have a parent in need of care and I feel strongly about the need to ensure seniors are cared for with respect and dignity.” He looks forward to continuing the high level of care that have been provided by our Administrative Team and CAREgivers.

Brad joins Home Instead with over 30 years of corporate finance experience, mostly in the telecommunications industry, including 15 years with Motorola. Brad and his wife are excited to call East Tennessee their new home. They have recently moved to Morristown from a suburb of Chicago and are truly amazed by their warm welcome a southern hospitality.

Operations, Brand Management, Regulatory Compliance

Todd joined our team in August of 2014. Todd came to Home Instead with a background and experience in the long-term care field. He has worked in the senior health field for over 15 years. During that time, he has built a network of contacts and resources to assist seniors and their families in the communities with serve. Todd's role is managing the franchise and business operations, as well as our brand and community outreach of Home Instead. Todd also serves as the President of the Council on Aging/Office on Aging Board of Directors, Executive Committee Member of Sevier County Elderwatch, is the Chairman of Hamblen County ElderWatch and serves on various boards and committees. Todd is married to his wife Ashley. Together they share two beautiful daughters and a rambunctious son.

Client & CAREGiver Scheduling

Morgan joined the Home Instead as our Service Coordinator in 2019.  Bringing a background in physician practice and hospital emergency department registration, her experience and appreciation for the needs of seniors she encounters, makes her a great member of our team.

In her role as Service Coordinator, she is responsible for scheduling of our client services in our 5-county coverage area.  She is focused on providing CAREGivers to our clients during their preferred service times.  Morgan says, “It brings me joy every time I’m able to staff a client in need.”  When away from the office Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband, their 3 children, family, and friends.  She also loves true crime mysteries, shopping, decorating, and reading.

Client Care Plans and Family Liaison

Responsible for assessing potential clients and setting up our services. Works with clients and their families to ensure the care we provide is beneficial and enables them to stay as independent as possible. Responsible for our Quality Assurance program. 

Caregiver Recruitment and Training

Nick joined Home Instead in August 2022. He is responsible for recruiting, hiring and training our amazing caregiver team. With over 7 years of recruiting experience, he says he "loves bringing in new Care Pros and seeing them excel in their roles." Nick loves to spend time with this beautiful wife Victoria and their two wonderful children.
