2. 2nd Form of ID (Passport or Social Security Card)
3. COVID Vax + Booster
4. TB Test
5. Car Registration (if applicable)
6. Car Insurance (if applicable)
7. Home Care Aid Registration (Fingerprint Background Check) ($125 Initial Cost $100 Reimbursement when training is complete)
8. Drug Test *In or our office*

2. Working with Developmentally Disabled Adults
3. Using a Wheelchair/Medical Bed
4. Changing Adult Diapers

NEEDS: Needs companionship, light housekeeping and laundry, hygiene care reminder, help her getting out of the apartment to community activities within walking distance; does not need transportation - may try to convince caregiver but she does not. The client can help with chores but does not want to be "bossed around".
PAY RATE FOR THIS CLIENT: $18-$20HR
