Meet Our Team

Anuja Mathur leads a strong team of 6 women and oversees the operations at the agency. Her own personal experience of caring for her mother in law and parents gives her a very good perspective on the ground realities the seniors in our communities live with. When not working Anuja is found running around her teen son to rock climbing practices/competitions.

Mudit Mathur, from Cherry Hill, NJ, with 20 years of management consulting experience at multiple firms, was looking for an opportunity to have an impact on his local community. Coupled with his own experience of caring for his aging mother, he was drawn to Home Instead Senior Care because of their commitment to holistically caring for seniors and helping them age in their homes.

Being a nurse was Dawn's calling from a very young age. Having accomplished that goal, Dawn spent 20+ years gathering hospital experience. She decided to transition into home care couple of years ago. She is married for 23+ years and has five beautiful children, who continue to amaze her every day. She loves to stay active and spend time outdoors. She also loves to sing and dance in her car!

An old timer with the office, Robin our HR Manager recruits and hires. Her positive attitude coupled with her vast experience in the healthcare landscape, helps us tide over some rough seas. We sometimes see her buried under tons of paperwork- standards adherence both state and franchise is accomplished under her watchful eyes.!! Robin loves to spend time with her 2 adorable grandchildren and is rumored to have quite the green thumb.

Sherika is our veteran client care coordinator AKA scheduler. She is also our on-call personnel. Her role is pivotal, and she works tirelessly to perform it well. Having been a caregiver herself, Sherika brings sensitivity and empathy to her role as a scheduler. When Sherika is not scheduling she is driving her three wonderful children to soccer and cheerleading practices. With good taste in food and music, Sherika is a real asset to Home Instead.

If you were to walk in at Home instead, Voorhees ,you would be greeted by the ever-vivacious Geri. Geri wears many hats here at Home instead- apart from being a very experienced CHHA, she is also our client service coordinator and our service inquiry specialist. A true volunteer at heart, Geri spends her spare time helping Veterans. Play her favorite music, and Geri has her dancing feet on instantly. Geri spoils us all with candies and chocolates and we love her for that.

Jamie has a long-standing relationship with Home Instead. She is a multitasker and loves challenges- attributes that make her a win-win for our team. Primarily a home care consultant, Jamie will slide into any role at a moment’s notice- be it HR, scheduling or billing/payroll. When Jamie is not problem solving for us, she is running around her 2 adorable daughters. Jamie is an animal lover and will do all that she can to support their cause.
