About Us

Doug and Kelly Williams, Owner

Vicki Berg, General Manager
Vicki is a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Psychology & Counseling. She has volunteered/worked with seniors since the age of 14. Her heart and passion is serving seniors. She feels the Lord has prepared her for this position over the years. Her husband died from Leukemia in 1996, leaving her with a 4 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. Through this experience it has helped her provide love, care, counsel and compassion to our seniors dealing with various issues like cancer, loss, grief and loneliness. Since 2006 she has held many different positions with Home Instead Senior Care. Her roles include CAREGiver, Recruitment & Retention Coordinator, Staffing Coordinator and General Manager. She feels so blessed to be a part of Home Instead Senior Care and deeply believes in their mission and commitment to providing quality care to our seniors. She will tell you, "I love my job, the people I have the privilege to work with and the seniors we serve!"

Hello! I’m Tamara Kruse. I’ve been with Home Instead for almost a year now and started out as a caregiver. I have a passion for seniors and have loved my experience as a caregiver. I also have a background in marketing in past job experiences and am excited to take on a new challenge with Home Instead as the “Home Care Consultant.” I am looking forward to a new challenge as well as building on my past experience with the clients I’ve served and have grown to love. I have a passion for people and if theirs a way I can make their world a little happier and their life a little sweeter at this stage in life, then I want to do that. The Home Instead office has a wonderful team of people already doing so much for the seniors in this community and I am genuinely grateful to be given this opportunity to be apart of this outstanding company. A little bit about me, I’m from Michigan and have moved here because of my love for the ocean and beach. I also love to kayak, ride bike and learn about the history of the state of South Carolina.
