Competitive Wage: $16 to $17.50 per Hour (OT $24 to $25.5) PAID: Sick time, Skills Training and Onboarding; holiday pay, Assorted bonuses; STATE license; fingerprinting, PPEs, uniforms; plus $300 signing bonus after 90 days; overtime pay; Holidays paid at 1 ½ time Benefits: Teladoc medical; Employee Wellness; Roth IRA; flexible schedules; COVID safety protocols Requirements to be a CAREGiver: The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years hands-on experience working with the elderly, either personal or professional! Ability to embrace interactive care tools and technology. Pass a background check; Must have Reliable Transportation Home Instead operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offers a variety of shifts based on client needs (day, evening, overnights, 24-hour). Job Types: Full-time/ part-time Schedule: flexible but Weekend availability desired. Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
