Jennifer Bassett - President of Operations

Jennifer Bassett is co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Rogers  AR.  Jennifer serves as a contributing member of the Home Care Association of America and is on the Board of Directors for the local Home Care Association of Arkansas. Originally from Omaha, Ne, Jennifer moved to Hot Springs Village in May 2017 to pursue her passion of owning her own business while serving a mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Jennifer works to educate professionals, families, and communities on issues older adults face. She has a special passion for helping families navigate the challenges of dementia caregiving and connecting them with valuable resources. Jennifer is a local resident of Hot Springs Village and is happily married with three children who attend Fountain Lake.

Christine Wright - General Manager

Christine Wright was born in Missouri and has lived in Arkansas for the past 10 years. She went to school at Pitt State University and Southern New Hampshire University. Christine started her Career in Long term Care through various positions; Employee Relations, Human Resources, Social Director, transitioning into In-Home care through Home Instead 6 years ago. Christine was a Vice President of Social and Activity Directors of District II. Through this position she was able to help all facilities in District II, develop and enhance patient care for all elderly in the community. Christine stated “Home Instead gave me the opportunity to continue this passion, whether it be providing care in the home, helping with resources, or being the extended family for those in need. I work with compassionate and caring team members that make Home Instead feel like a home away from home.” Family is the foundation to Christine’s life as is the community we serve.

LeeAnn Mazur - Human Resources Manager

LeeAnn Mazur was born in Northern Iowa. She has two children, Chelsea, and Gage, who are grown and out of the house. Before meeting her husband, Stephen, she went to school and got her bachelor’s degree in accounting. After being an accountant for several years, LeeAnn realized that something was missing and went on to pursue a minor in Human Resources. LeeAnn moved down to Arkansas with her husband in 2020 and found Home Instead while looking for a new career path. LeeAnn has been with Home Instead now going on 2 years where she stared as the Recruitment Engagement Coordinator, and she has now transformed the Human Resources Manager and this position was made for her. LeeAnn has a huge heart and such a welcoming attitude perfect for bringing in new talent, providing the best care for our care professionals, and being a listening ear to the staff when they need her. On her spare time, you can find LeeAnn doing anything outdoors, whether that be camping or grilling, with her family and friends, or just enjoying a night out with her husband.

Robert Chase Mercer - Client Care Manager

Chase Mercer was born in Ft. Worth, Texas, and moved to Arkansas in 1985 with his mother. Chase has lived in Northwest Arkansas most of his life but has been back and forth to Ft. Worth several times over the years. He has worked in healthcare for over twenty years and has worked as a nurse in many different areas, including hospitals, wound care, eye clinics, long term care, and assisted living. Particularly, he has always enjoyed working with the senior community. He is very passionate about client care and making sure that our clients and their families receive the best possible care. In his free time, he enjoys attending live country concerts, spending time with friends, and watching documentaries.

Lindsay Thornburgh - Service Coordinator

Lindsay Thornburgh was born and raised in Farmington, Arkansas. She started her healthcare journey as a certified nursing assistant in 2004 and she fell in love. Through her career, Lindsay has not only obtained her C.N.A license but has also been a paralegal for 10 years and has been a unit secretary and scheduler. After working for many years in the field, face to face with patients, she found her way to Home Instead in August of 2021 where she was hired on as the Service Coordinator. Working hand in hand with our care professionals and clients, Lindsay has learned to navigate and advocate for both equally and with a loving heart. In her spare time, when she is not saving the day with her scheduling skills, you can find her enjoying quiet time with her reading, movies, video games with her cats, or even out with friends enjoying her road trips, or with her favorite family members, her aunt, and younger cousins.

Jamee Perryman - RN Client Care Coordinator

Jamee Perryman is a Registered Nurse and is one of our Client Care Coordinators. Jamee has been a nurse since 1994 and has worked in Case Management and Home Health off and on for over 20 years. Jamee has also worked as an instructor teaching skills training for those entering the nursing field across the country. As a member of our Client Care Team, Jamee works closely with our Veteran Affairs clients. She also conducts quality assurance visits and making sure all of our client’s individualized care plans match their needs. Jamee’s skills as an instructor help our Care Professionals learn all the skills they need during orientation and throughout their time with Home Instead. Jamee has 3 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. This is what Jamee has to say about Home Instead, “I love my job and the commitment Home Instead makes in taking care of those who are no longer able to do all the daily tasks needed in today's world.”

Austin Flittner - Corporate Direction of Recruitment and Engagement

Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Austin attended the University of Southern Indiana and majored in Biology. Austin joined Home Instead in 2021 as the general manager in Fayetteville, AR. He now holds the title of Director of Recruitment and Engagement. His responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Caregivers into Care Professionals for our offices.  His goal is to make sure that Home Instead has the highest quality Care Professionals in the home care industry.  Before he joined Home Instead, he worked in long-term care facilities. Carrie Hankins - Financial Director

Originally from Beebe, Arkansas Carrie earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before becoming a pharmacist. With over 25 years of experience working with home health patients, Carrie was drawn to Home Instead by our mission for keeping seniors comfortable in their homes, and her passion for helping people. Hannah Humphreys - Corporate Director of Service Coordination

Hannah Humphreys started working at Home Instead in 2020. Hannah holds the title of Corporate Director of Service Coordination. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manager at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hannah is married to her best friend and lifelong partner. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious daughter Paisley and her very well-loved animals Kitty, Sugar, and Luna. Dani Ward - Corporate Trainer

Having been an advocate for the senior community for over 14 years, Dani brings passion and values to the fore front. She has provided care at many different levels and understands the importance of person-centered support. As Corporate Trainer she is excited about making a difference and continuing to build relationships in her community. She has been a resident of Benton her entire life and values the friendships she has built this far. She enjoys supporting her son, Jaquese, in his high school football career- GO PANTHERS! Lest we forget her fur baby "BoBo", who may indeed believe that he is human.  All in all, Dani is loving and goal oriented and is excited to provide Saline County with the upmost quality care- because "to us it's personal."
