Minimum Requirements to become a Home Instead Care Professional:

Minimum Requirements to become a Home Instead Care Professional:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (REQUIRED)
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Personal Care / Mobility Assistance
- Dementia / Alzheimer’s Care

Hiring Bonus:
- $500
- Eligibility is based on remaining an active employee for at least 60 days following the first shift
- You must work 150 hours in that 60 day period
- Bonus will be paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility
