John & Stacey made a career change in 2014 and purchased the West Pasco Home Instead office, in an effort to live a more rewarding life. Nicole strives to keep the best caregivers matched to ensure both continuity and excellence of care. “My position gives me the best of both worlds. I have formed caring relations with both clients and Care Pros. I love my position with Home Instead, my team is family”. She has loved her experience in home care and feels that the Home Instead team has become like a family to her.  As a recruiter, Tai loves getting to talk with a variety of people every day and getting to know them, their background, and their interests. “There’s no better feeling than making a job offer to someone who is super excited to receive it”. One of her favorite parts of recruiting is when she follows up with our candidate’s once they have gained some experience.  Tai loves to hear that new Care Pros are enjoying their newfound career path and they are not only excelling at it but loving it.  In her leisure time Tai loves shopping to decorate her home and spending time with her husband and children.
