We are actively seeking experienced caregivers to become essential members of our compassionate team, servicing Spokane, WA, and the surrounding areas. As a caregiver affiliated with Home Instead, you will assume a pivotal role in elevating the quality of life for seniors and individuals with varied needs through the provision of exceptional in-home care services.

This is achievable only through the commitment of reliable and dependable individuals, whom we refer to as Care Professionals, or CarePros for short. We use the term CarePros to underscore the honorable nature of this profession, emphasizing the requisite skills, knowledge, responsibility, and dedication it demands. Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) based on individual care plans.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
  • Ensure medication reminders are followed as per client requirements.
  • Safely transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a caregiver in a home care setting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job and perform tasks with compassion and empathy.
  • Dependable and reliable, with a strong commitment to punctuality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and their families.
  • Completion of necessary training programs and certifications (if applicable).

Pay Rate:

$16.28 - $23 per hour.
