Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Educate clients and referral sources about Home Instead Senior Care's services, benefits, and value proposition.
- Conduct needs assessments, develop customized care plans, and present solutions tailored to each client's unique situation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Genuine empathy and compassion for seniors and their families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
- Knowledge of the senior care landscape and understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to offer creative solutions.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in sales and CRM software.
