Kat comes to Home Instead Hamilton with 14 years of management experience in the customer service field. Kat always leads with her heart, and she is someone who truly believes that the universe will always give back what you put out. Kat takes the lead and shares her heart in everything she does at Home Instead.

Kat knows firsthand the struggles a family goes through with trying to find the support that they require. Kat is here for you every step of the way.

Kat immigrated with her parents, and six siblings from Europe, and didn't always have the resources they needed. Kat's goal is to make sure people are heard and get the help they require. Kat is here for you to help make managing the senior care world with Home Instead the easiest transition of your life. Through Home Instead's vision, Kat's goal is to help as many families as she can, every single day.

Family has always been at the center of Christina’s world growing up in the Hamilton community. Her family has owned businesses in Hamilton for over 65 years, in hospitality and personal care industries and knows the different Hamilton communities very well. 

Over the years, Christina has had first-hand experience in caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's and dementia. Christina also knows and understands the impact of caring for aging family members in the community and the struggles that come along with navigating the senior care world here in Hamilton.

Christina prides herself on, being able to help you and your family navigate the senior care world, she’s been in your shoes in so many capacities. Christina knows the importance of keeping loved ones home for as long as possible and how to make that happen for you and your family.

Christina looks forward to connecting with families and the community to bring love and family back to the center of the home care experience. Finding the perfect CAREgiver for your family is the cherry on top of making your loved ones' final days their best days! 

Christina has been with Home Instead for 5 years and comes to us with a 12-year education background. Through her experiences as an educator, she understands that all families are different, they have different cultures, views, cooking styles, routines, expectations, and things that are important to them, and wants to ensure every family that comes to Home Instead is cared for like family and that their unique needs are always met to a high standard of care. 

I would like to introduce myself as a creative, innovative and health enthusiastic person. Since childhood, I have been taught that “HEALTH IS WEALTH”. I got fascinated by this thought when I found the little logic behind it that good health works as a fuel for carrying a blissful life and working efficiently.

Caring for people and helping others lead a fit and healthy life is so satisfying and essential to me that it has become my life's motto. This motivated me to join Home Instead as a Caregiver in 2018 as my first job in Canada which helped me grow professionally and enhanced my personal, and customer service skills. I have experience in different sectors of health care. I have been a caregiver, pharmacy assistant, Service Coordinator, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, and now HR Manager at Home Instead. There is immense room for growth within the company and I am over the moon every time when say I work with such dedicated, hard-working people who are always happy to help, because at Homeinstead~"To us, It's Personal"

Home Instead welcomes Snow to our Client Care team! She joins us with years of experience in customer service, and experience in health, and beauty management.

Snow is passionate about making sure each customer is heard and always well taken care of. From perfectly curating your loved ones' care plans to weekly check-ins to see if you are satisfied with your services and that everyone is happy, Snow is there for you every step of the way.

Snow is a devoted Mom, and family is everything to her. When she's not at work she's spending time with family, her pet parrot, riding her motorcycle and searching for the next best restaurant in town to satisfy her palette!

Cindy comes to Home Instead Hamilton with a wealth of knowledge in office administration and customer service. Her most recent experience working in operations within Long Term Care and Retirement homes is what gave her the push to join our team. She understands the logistics behind service coordinating, as well as having the human touch as she is a mother, and care giver for her large family. Family is Cindy's number one priority, and family is what drives the work she does. She understands the importance of matching the perfect Care Professional with each of our senior clients, and she takes pride in ensuring all families are happy and cared for as if they were her own. Cindy is looking forward to being able to touch more lives through the work Home Instead gets to do each and every day, whether you're a Care Pro, or a client, you can rest easy knowing Cindy has put her heart into all that she does, and will always go the extra mile to ensure you or your loved ones are taken care of.

I have an extensive background in Marketing and Administration from my hometown, the Philippines.

My knowledge in communicating and handling customer needs and concerns can contribute positively to Home Instead and the community that we serve. I am very thrilled to be a part of such a loving and accepting family at Home Instead. I strongly believe that we serve a huge part in so many people's lives not only our clientele, but our Care Pros and our clients' family members as well, and that is what gives me joy every day.

Having spent valuable time in the customer service field, I've honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and ensuring positive customer experiences which has allowed me to cultivate adaptability in any work environment.

My background in customer service has instilled in me the importance of understanding and meeting the needs of individuals and has ignited a genuine passion for working with people. I thrive on the dynamic interactions and the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' experiences. Through my customer service journey, I've cultivated strong communication skills, empathy, and a keen ability to understand diverse needs.

I find immense fulfillment in building relationships, anticipating needs, and ensuring each interaction is not just a transaction but a meaningful exchange.
