Home Instead® is looking for an innovative and encouraging individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. Our Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator role recruits, hires and manages our caregiving workforce.

Job responsibilities include: 
- Recruiting and Interviewing
- Hiring, onboarding, training
- Ongoing retention efforts, reviews, disciplinary actions and planning/executing celebratory events

We are seeking an experienced individual to compliment our administrative team in the North Andover and Peabody, MA areas. Must possess excellent communication skills, computer knowledge and be a team player. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8a-5p.
