Barbara, Quality Assurance Manager and RN

Barbara is our registered nurse on staff who is responsible for monitoring the care plan through quality assurance visits and maintaining regular communication with clients and families. She assists clients and family in addressing and reevaluating care needs, finding alternative living situations, and working with home health and hospice agencies that may be providing care to our clients in their homes. She started her career with Home Instead as a Professional Caregiver in 2011.

Mary, Client Care Manager

Mary is a Certified Nursing Assistant with experience caring for hospice, dementia, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, and transitional care clients.  As a Client Care Manager, Mary conducts regular quarterly visits with our clients to ensure quality care and update client assessments and care needs. In addition to performing and documenting quality assurance visits, Mary conducts client and new caregiver introductions, and she is also taking on the role of trainer where she will be training our team of Care Pros on providing high-quality, compassionate hospice care among other courses. When she isn’t working, Mary enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their two border collies!

Sarah, Care Pro Operations and Billing Manager

Sarah manages various aspects of our Care Pro operations including onboarding, Care Pro engagement and evaluation, payroll, billing, and the long term care insurance programs that are serving our clients.   She also assists with scheduling. She started her career with Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2012.

Pamela

Pamela, Scheduling Manager

Pamela joined our team in 2021 after being in healthcare for over 15 years.  Pamela manages the team responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for our clients and their Care Pros, recognizing the importance of compatibility, reliability and continuity. Pamela strives to ensure the clients' and Care Pros' experiences exceed expectations and are rewarding and fulfilling.  Pamela is from Mobile, Alabama, and she is married to her loving husband with no kids (but have some fur babies). As a southerner raised in church, she loves helping and caring for others.  

Caroline Recruitment & HR Manager

Caroline - Recruiter/ Hiring Manager

Caroline joined our team in June of 2023. Her experience is in full cycle recruiting for large hospital systems, high-volume agencies and corporate settings. She adheres to a belief of you are not successful until you have helped someone else become successful. Caroline maintains a strong passion for placing people into roles they will thrive in. Carolien has a background as a clinical care counselor/case manager for Denver Health. On the personal side, she grew up in Boulder Colorado. She enjoys fishing, rock collecting, and loves dogs. She spends time with her beloved dog Bennett as much as possible.

Jane, Quality Assurance Coordinator

Jane has been with Home Instead Denver North since 2014 when she started out as a Care Professional. She was recognized very early for her outstanding caregiving and professionalism and was nominated as our Care Professional of the Year in 2015! Jane became our Quality Assurance Coordinator in 2018 reaching out to new Care Pros and conducting assessment reviews and in-depth individualized training to help them prepare for their first shifts. Jane’s professional past has led her to her career with us today. She started out as a Certified Veterinary Technician running a veterinary operating room and training vet tech students as well. For over 10 years she and her husband volunteered as puppy raisers for guide dogs who serve the blind raising over a dozen puppies! When a couple of those dogs retired and became her own, she began taking her dogs to local hospitals working with the physical, occupational, and recreation therapists providing animal assisted therapy. Over the years, Jane has also worked as a photographic artist, enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Vickie 1

Vickie, Training Coordinator

Vickie conducts our new Care Professional Orientation and Training Programs as well as our Hospice Training Program. In addition to her training responsibilities, Vickie also represents us for Quality Assurance Visits as well as being an active Care Pro. Vickie is passionate about providing dedicated and superior care to our seniors since 2011! She refers to her clients as her “sweetheart seniors” and she ensures that our trainees are knowledgeable and prepared when it comes to caring for clients in their homes. Vickie enjoys her grandchildren, gardening, and making candies and other goodies.
