Seeking CHHA Male Caregiver - Elder Care - Home Care – Clifton, NJ

Home Instead is looking for a caring, compassionate and high energy CAREGiver to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion. We are located in Millburn, NJ and service Union and Essex counties.

This is a PART TIME job – Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
Our client prefers a MALE caregiver who will help with personal care and drive the client, in the client’s car to doctor appointments, food shopping and various errands.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Driving client to mall, out for meals, various appointments, and activities.
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer’s / Dementia Care
• Must have own car to transport client
