HOME INSTEAD, serving Essex and Union Counties is seeking an RN for ite fulltime position of DIRECTOR OF NURSING.
We are private pay and have been in business for over 20 years, successfully servicing 1000s of clients and training, employing and bettering the lives of the CARE PROfessionals we employ.
If you are NOT:
Qualifications:
1. Graduate from an accredited college with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in nursing or other health related field/Or an Associate's Degree with 5 years of Community Nursing experience.
2. Must be a registered nurse in good standing, holding a current N.J License issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
3. Must have an understanding of business development and an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Must be familiar with NJ BON Best Practices and implementation process.
Compensation Package:
Annual salary based on experience
3 weeks paid time off
10 paid holidays
