Home Health Aides are incredibly valued employees who improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to live comfortably in their homes. A Certified Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with daily housekeeping and personal hygiene routines. Home Health Aides also assist with tasks such as physical exercise and social activities. Home Health Aids are independent individuals who have the flexibility to create their own schedule. To be successful as a Home Health Aide, you will need to be positive, respectful and patient while providing an atmosphere of hospitality at the client’s home. Top candidates will be great listeners and communicators and will take great pride in helping others.


$13 to $16 per hour

  • Active CHHA License
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check/Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
  • Valid Registration/Insurance
  • Ability to Speak, Read, and Write in English
  • Physical/TB Test
  • Fully COVID Vaccinated CareGivers is highly preferred - our clients require fully vaccinated Caregiver


  • Assist clients with daily personal routines including nutritious cooking, eating, cleaning, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, and using the bathroom
  • Track and record medication and distribution of medications according to training policy
  • Report changes in patient condition or behavior in a timely manner
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety procedures
  • Provide companionship to clients and be compassionate, friendly and patient
  • Create an atmosphere that fosters trust, care, and respect
  • Collaborate with management to ensure clients receive the best service possible
  • Maintain a Flexible Schedule
