Anne Monaghan, General Manager
Anne Monaghan has been with the company since March 2006. She serves as General Manager for the franchise. She has worked in several roles over the years including Staffing Coordinator, CAREGiver Experience Manager, and Operations Manager, and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Her insight into implementing engagement strategies has helped the franchise reduce turnover to half that of the national average for private duty home care companies. She was instrumental in redesigning and implementing the new Home Health Aide Certification program offered in the State of Michigan by the Michigan Homecare and Hospice Association. Anne is responsible for all CAREGiver training and re-certification in the franchise including mandatory open house hands-on training and ensuring all CAREGivers complete required annual continuing education.
Anne has also served as a caregiver having cared for her mother who suffered from Alzheimer's disease.
Jill Schultz, Client Care Coordinator/RN
Jill joined Home Instead in August 2023 as a Client Care Coordinator/RN. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University. She has a wide range of nursing experience, from working in the Emergency Room hospital setting for 10 years. She has intricate knowledge of ostomies, catheters, and wound care. Her love of taking care of the elderly and being able to keep them in their homes led her to Home Instead. Jill is excited about this new journey and being able to work with the community to meet their individualized needs.
Katlin Festerman, HR/Staffing Coordinator
Katie joined the Home Instead team in April 2023 as the HR/Staffing Coordinator. In her role, Katie is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment of our care professionals. Katie also assists the staffing department in coordinating and maintaining client and CarePro schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships. Katie comes to Home Instead with a wide range of experience in scheduling and recruiting as a previous department manager. She is excited to be able to help provide personalized care to our community's seniors.
Audrey Blue, Care Coach
Audrey joined the Home Instead team in December 2023 as the Care Coach. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Portland State University and is currently enrolled in a graduate school of Public Health with Eastern Washington University focusing on Gerontology and Global Health. She has nearly twelve years of healthcare experience as an administrator, policymaker, and medical assistant in the Dental field, Family Medicine, and Urgent Care settings. Audrey likes to spend her free time with her cats, go for a hike, or work out at the gym. She is excited about the new journey in the senior care setting and making our community better.
Bert & Stephanie Copple, Owners
Bert and Stephanie are the owners of Trusted Care at Home, Inc., DBA an independently owned and operated Home Instead® franchise located in Clawson, MI.
