My friend was injured when he was struck by a car, and needed care at home for some weeks. Home Instead was able to provide a caregiver on short notice, for the hours we needed. The fees were reasonable, and we received a detail-oriented consultation at the patient’s home. The caregiver was very good, and provided the care our friend needed as a he got on his feet again. Careful COVID-19 precautions were observed by the caregiver. I would recommend Home Instead to another family or patient in need, without reservation.

We wanted to express our thanks for the caregivers for my mom. Each one has been extremely competent, dependable, and has had a heartfelt concern for our mom. The whole process of asking for help to take care of your aging parents is extremely stressful, scary, and intimidating. After some internet research, I came across Home Instead Senior Care Alameda County. A few quick questions and a few days later we were ready to meet our new helper.
