The transition from George and Sandra Smith's successful 20-year reign to Erica's ownership signifies a smooth handover and a continuation of the high standards set by the previous owners. Erica's focus on building strong, trusting relationships with clients and providing reliable senior in-home care aligns with the core values of Home Instead.

Her role as the owner, responsible for directing and coordinating all activities in the franchise for business growth and development, highlights her strategic vision and leadership in navigating the challenges of the senior care industry.

On a personal note, it's heartening to know that Erica balances her professional responsibilities with her role as a wife and mother to Wesley and Makayla. Her interests in cooking, knitting, and crafting speak to her well-rounded personality.

Michelle

Michelle Miller, General Manager

In her current role as Gerontology and General Manager, Michelle holds a pivotal position, successfully directing and coordinating all activities in the franchise for business growth and development. Betty Burns, Client Care Coordinator
