CAREGiver of the Month

Although Monica has only been with us a few months, she is such a joy to work with! Monica is always willing to step up to the plate whenever needed. Her perseverance wows us every time we work with her. She is so reliable, caring and motivated to help others. Monica is consistent and an amazing person to talk to. She always goes above and beyond for her clients: She is great at communicating appointments, giving us updates to clients' conditions and even knowing their favorite candy and snacks to keep them in high spirits. We just want her to know that her hard work never goes unnoticed. We’re incredibly thankful to have her a part of the Southwest team! Keep Rocking, Monica!  

This 2 yr. CarePro is so deserving of this nomination. Liza has continuously gone above and beyond in many different situations. She’s a true team player and whether she’s working with the care team or her clients, she always shows initiative and a positive warm attitude. She consistently delivers stellar care and is always punctual and kind. She has saved the day more than once and we cannot thank her enough for her dedication; but we’ll try: Thank you, Liza! 

A celebration is in order for our 5-year veteran, Brenda, for April’s CAREGiver of the Month. Ms. Brenda is our “Steady Betty” here at Home Instead-252! She is someone that goes above and beyond to help assist us and dependable should be her middle name! Any time we have needed someone to uphold the standards of our office mixed with awesome compassion and care, Ms. Brenda is our go too gal! Dealing with caregiver shortages has been a challenge for home care agencies everywhere, but with an excellent caregiver on our team like Ms. Brenda, we can rest assured that all of our clients are provided with 5-star service. Ms. Brenda, thank you for your dedication to your craft. You embody what every caregiver should strive to be: a team player, dependable and compassionate to all you come into contact with. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

We are proud to announce that one of our veteran caregivers, Noreen, is March’s CAREGiver of the Month. She has gone above and beyond her call of duty this month and we are so overjoyed to name her for this honor. Noreen has shown excellent care, kindness and strength when working with our clients. Noreen is also very proactive when it comes to tasks. She will get into our clients' homes, assess what needs to be done, and multitask between providing hands-on-quality care, companionship and completing the tasks.  Noreen has been flexible and demonstrated excellent team building skills over this past month. Noreen, we recognize all of the awesome work you are doing not only for your clients, but for us in the office. Keep up the great work!

Congratulations to our February CAREGiver of the month Ramona. Something we appreciate about Ramona is how she looks for ways to help others. For example, she has offered to stay overnight with our most vulnerable clients when there is inclement or horrible weather and always thinks ahead. She is also great at helping us think outside the box when it comes to client's care, maybe suggesting a new activity or another way to keep them active in the home. She is always organized with paperwork, asking for supplies and any clarification when it comes to scheduling or new clients. Her positive demeanor, funny attitude and willingness to be a team player is why we are honored to give her this award. Congrats again, Ramona!

Tay, as her clients lovingly call her, is still fairly new to the company, only being with us since September, but she has excelled in both client relations and with the office staff, in such a short amount of time. Anytime we have an unexpected emergency or call off, Tay has proven time and time again to be the best team player, being flexible and helping us out of any bind. Tay is highly requested with all of her clients and makes the best first impression. Often times, after just one visit, she is personally asked by name to continue working with those families and that just goes to show how extraordinary she is! We are so proud to see her caregiving skills develop, and we are excited to see her grow with the Home Instead Family. Way to go, Taviana!

Let’s congratulate Pam Dollar for Caregiver of the Month for December 2021! Pam has been with the company for over 2 years and we are so excited for her getting this award. Pam, has been a staple to our company helping with some of our most vulnerable clients; diligently working with them to improve their quality of life. Every client that meets Pam, raves about how sweet, thoughtful and compassionate she is! Through our time with Pam, her kind and bright demeanor shines bright throughout the office and everywhere she goes and we are so happy that she is a part of the Home Instead Team!

We are so excited to introduce Robin as the Caregiver of the Month for November 2021. Robin demonstrates attention to detail, and has been  dedicated to her clients. She is devoted and compassionate to her clients, ensuring their needs are met, and is known to build a great rapport with families! Robin has a warm attitude, and approach with her clients and the Home Instead staff and treats them like family. She receives rave reviews by her clients and their families. She has saved the day more than once, and we are so grateful to have her apart of our Home Instead Family!
