Finance Specialist


The Finance Specialist will work closely with the finance manager, finance team and other departmental managers in achieving finance department objectives to accurately process billing, payroll and accounts receivables. This position will assist to lead the department to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of the finance department and organization.


  • Oversee and process invoicing for over 200 clients

  • Handling complicated billing rates, adjustments, etc.

  • Manage and file long-term care insurance

  • Manage accounts receivables for private pay and insurance invoices

  • Process mail, in-person, and over-the-phone payments in QuickBooks

  • Manage and oversee process payroll

  • Present employee health insurance benefits at orientation and open enrollment

  • Follow up with clients and employees inquires when needed


  • QuickBooks experience required

  • At least 2 years of Strong Collections' experience in healthcare setting preferred

  • At least 2 years Billing and Payroll experience

  • At Least 2 years of Management experience
