Meet Our Team

Tiffany joined the Home Instead family in August of 2008 as an Intake Coordinator, working directly with clients and their families. She quickly fell in love with the comfort she provided to families in assuring them that they are not alone, and that help is readily available for them. She then moved into marketing to build relationships and educate the community on the services that the agency offers. Once she was promoted to General Manager, her primary responsibilities were providing leadership for her team and ensuring that Home Instead is providing the highest level of in-home quality care. After seven years, Tiffany was blessed with the opportunity to own her own franchise. Now as Owner, she continues to live out her passion for serving others and assisting them in remaining as independent as possible in the comfort of their own home. She truly considers her work as a mission and a ministry. She finds it very rewarding that she can assist in enriching the lives of her clients and caregivers on a daily basis.

Tiffany is happily married with two beautiful girls and loves spending quality time with family and friends. She is also very involved with her church as a praise and worship leader.

Ron joined the Home Instead family in November of 2013 as a Client Care Supervisor. He focuses on building relationships with clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction. He conducts in-home Care Consultations as well as Quality Assurance visits to ensure the needs of our clients are being met and that they are receiving the highest level of quality care that Home Instead is recognized for. Ron is also passionate about marketing the agency's services and educating other healthcare professionals in the community. He strives daily to positively impact the lives of our clients and their families. Ron has since been promoted to Quality Assurance Supervisor and Home Care Consultant where he oversees the Client Care Department and community relations.

Ron takes pride in marrying his best friend and high school sweetheart. They have been happily married for over 40 years. They have two amazing daughters, Rachel & Tiffany, and five grandchildren. He is a co-pastor at his church and enjoys music, spending quality time with his family and friends, and going on vacations (especially trips to the ocean).

Emily joined the Home Instead family in January 2022 as a Caregiver. She has always had a passion for seniors. She started out caring for her grandparents in 2014 and cared for them for a total of 6 years. Shortly after joining the Home Instead team, Emily was  promoted to Scheduling Coordinator in June of 2022. Emily finds great satisfaction in matching the appropriate caregivers and clients based on their individual needs, personalities, and the skill sets needed to fulfill the client’s needs. She thoroughly enjoys the interaction with the caregivers and clients. As she gets to know them personally, her connections help her to make great matches and ensure overall satisfaction of our valued caregivers and clients.   

Emily is happily married with four amazing children. She loves spending quality time with her family and being in the outdoors.     

Amanda joined the Home Instead family October of 2023 and handles the Client billing and Care Professionals payroll. She brings 20 years of experience in medical billing and coding to the team and has expertise in assisting our valued clients with Long Term Care Insurance filing and inquiries. Mandy enjoys interacting with our Care Professionals and clients and is readily available to assist and address their needs and concerns.

Amanda is happily married, with two children and stays involved with their school functions and sports. She enjoys bowling, fishing, and taking her dogs for a walk. Her favorite time of year is football season as she is a huge Dallas Cowboy fan!

Alycia joined the Home Instead family January of 2024 as an HR Supervisor. She has experience in in both Human Resources and Caregiving, this experience has made her a perfect addition to the Home Instead family. With over 5 years of experience in HR, Alycia is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that helps harness the full power of one of the agencies most valuable assets, our Care Professionals. She is dedicated to creating a culture that promotes continuous business growth and cultivate client loyalty by empowering and motivating care professionals to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job.

Alycia loves spending time with her family and going to church. She also loves to cook, travel, and visit her extended family back in her hometown Tennessee.

Kimberly joined the Home Instead Family in May of 2023 as the Office Coordinator.  She enjoys being able to help leave a lasting impression on our caregivers, clients, and client's families by working with them and assisting them in the best way possible. Kimberly strives to be a team player who cares about going the extra mile to ensure our caregivers, clients and client's families are happy and satisfied.   She brings 35 years of Customer Service experience and believes that excellent customer service starts with getting to know our caregivers, clients and their families personally. She  strives every day to increase her knowledge and abilities so that she can provide personalized, competent, convenient and proactive customer care every day.    

Kimberly has been happily married for over 25 years and has an amazing son that is following in his parents footsteps by providing excellence in Customer Service.  She enjoys spending time reading quietly, crafting and cooking.  

Nanette joined the Home Instead family in March of 2003 as a Caregiver. Nanette has always had a calling to work with seniors. She started as a Certified Nurse Assistant at the age of 18. She has been in a variety of different roles throughout her career at Home Instead. She has been a client and caregiver schedular, receptionist, and has assisted in the recruitment and training of caregivers for the agency. Nanette is currently serving as the On-Call Supervisor to ensure our valued employees and clients always have a live Supervisor supporting them after normal business hours.

Nanette loves spending time watching old movies and listening to audiobooks.

Trena joined the Home Instead family in June of 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. One of her main roles is quality assurance. She enjoys getting to know clients, their families, and our care professionals. She loves being able to interact with them and helps ensure that Home Instead meets the needs of each individual. Trena has many years of personal caregiving experience, which includes, taking care of family members and a dear friend for over 22 years. She has a true servants heart. She finds great satisfaction and fulfillment in helping others.   

Trena has been happily married for over 45 years. She has two daughters, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also very involved with her church as a praise and worship leader. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves going on vacations/adventures with them.
