Home Instead is seeking a dynamic professional who is a team-oriented self-starter who desires to work for a leader in the growing homecare industry. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, possesses great communication skills and can work effectively with all co-workers, colleagues and clients.

As the Home Care Consultant and as a part of our team you will be responsible for maintaining and developing current and future client and referral provider relationships. Communicate and meet with prospective client and family members seeking home care services.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to 

  • Schedule and conduct in-home care consultations with prospective clients, take phone inquiries, provide appropriate follow up while working with office staffing team to coordinate care
  • Maintain and establish professional relationships with targeted referral providers
  • Conduct new client and caregiver introductions
  • Maintain and establish professional relationships with targeted referral providers
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) visits/calls with clients and care staff, as needed
  • Participate in various PR programs

Qualified candidates will possess:

College degree or equivalent work experience

Two (2) or more years of experience in customer relations, related business and/or sales experience

Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, discretion, integrity and fair mindedness

Ability to multi-task, manage time, and be detail oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and the ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently

Ability to be cross trained within the company

Work Schedule:

Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
