Meet Our Team

​John and Kathleen have owned and operated the Home Instead Senior Care of Minneapolis since April of 2008. He attended the University of Minnesota and has over 25 years of experience in marketing and management. John oversees the day to day operations that require a high level of communication with clients, Caregivers and office staff.

"As a franchise owner, providing a high quality service in our community is my commitment to our clients. Hearing the great stories from our Caregivers about the difference they make each day to assist our clients in staying independent, and their family members knowing they are safe when they cannot be there."

Kathleen is the CFO for our franchise with a bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota and a Masters from St Thomas University.

​"It is personal to me because I can relate to our clients and their families. I know what it is like to want to be there and do more for an aging parent, while at the same time manage my own family and career."

Jessica plays a key role here at Home Instead with a broad spectrum of caregiving experience. As a teenager, her love of caring for others started when she was quite young, while working in a group home with developmentally challenged young adults, which sparked her love for caregiving.

Jessica then attended nursing school, and spent many years in cardiac acute care settings before moving into home care. She has spent the last 15 years in care coordination, staffing, overseeing client services, and recruitment.

She never compromises when making a hiring decision of our trusted staff.

She currently manages day to day operations alongside our owner John Stuck.

Donna came to Home Instead with 23 years in the healthcare field. She started her career as a Recreational Therapist helping young adults with traumatic brain injuries. The majority of her career has been working as a charge RN at Regions Hospital in acute care settings. She is now focusing her talents on making a positive impact in the home care field.

​Haven has worked at Home Instead for over 6 years and is originally from Syracuse, NY. She is a mother of 3 sons. Haven moved to Minnesota to follow one of her son's and her only Grandchild. Haven brings 50 years of nursing experience with 35 of those years in Home Care and Hospice. Haven loves to spend her time working with needlepoint, baking and canning. The fan favorites are her canned pickles and jams. Haven provides supportive nursing care to our clients and conducts much of the new hire training.

To Haven, its personal because Home Instead shows respect for the aging population.

​Deanna came to Home Instead with an extensive background in customer service. Her experience within Assisted Living both as the Concierge greeting residents and visitors, as well as managing staffing for employees within multiple care environments allows her to successfully build relationships with our clientele and their families meeting the needs of the client, and ensuring Caregiver connections are successful.

It's personal to me because I can relate to clients and their families. I had a Grandmother in a nursing home and seeing how she was loved and the compassion that was given to her while caring for her is why I know I wanted to do the same thing for clients and their families.

“In my free time I like to hang out with my daughter, travel, go skiing, kayaking, hiking and play with my dogs. I like working at Home Instead because my work makes a difference in seniors’ lives, and I work with amazing people that have big hearts.“
