In this role, you will train, support, and mentor a team of CAREGivers and conduct client care support. As a member of this collaborative team, you will build strong relationships with office staff and our CARE team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a Caregiver
  • Must be able to work full time
  • Must be able to commute to San Francisco for work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License or equivalent practical experience

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to care for clients with varying care needs
  • Must be able to fill in for last minute call offs and cover open shifts
  • Must be able to transfer between shifts easily
  • Address any HR needs in the field
  • CAREGiver engagement activities which could include:
    • CAREGiver Touchpoint Calls
    • CAREGiver Focus Group participation and support
    • Be a resource/mentor for other CAREGivers
    • Celebrating CAREGiver milestones
  • CAREGiver training activities which could include:
    • Address safety concerns and quality assurance visits in Clients homes
    • Provide personal skills training for CAREGivers in Clients homes as needed
    • Perform shadow opportunities to new CAREGivers
    • Offer feedback to key players regarding new CAREGiver progress/needs
    • Perform CAREgiver Intros for new CAREGivers and Outros as needed using the Client/CAREGiver Introduction checklist
  • Client care support which could include:
    • Contact new clients to ensure quality care as directed by the client care team
    • Communicate changes in condition to client care team
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to perform all essential job requirements on the CAREGiver job description
  • Have a passion to support other CAREGivers which includes engagement & training
  • Have a passion to support the clients through client inquires and quality care visits
  • Has a professional and courteous voice on the phone
  • Complete all required training through the online learning platform designated by franchise office
  • Participate in company sponsored training and social events including CAREGiver meetings
  • Ability to communicate to all CAREGivers and clients in a friendly and congenial manner
